Whether you are new in developing your practice, need rehabilitation from an injury, are wanting to deepen your practice, or develop a personal home practice, private lessons provide the opportunity to cater your mind+body experience.  No matter the experience level, you will gain confidence and learn safe practices to honor your body and take your personal practice to the next level.

My Approach

First and foremost, I believe every form of physical activity should be therapeutic. When we acknowledge and accept our truth we begin to lay the ground work for developing ourselves in a compassionate and sustainable way.

I love the human body and the idea of self-expression/actualization through movement, thus I’ve dedicated the better part of my life exploring the art of it!  This means I bring the personal knowledge from my own training and professional experience in dance-- as well as over 12  years of practicing yoga and 10 years of instruction in various forms of dance, yoga and barre workout curriculum, to each session.

I especially focus on alignment, strength building and developing mental endurance/fortitude all while nourishing your mind and body!  Through self-study, (svadhyaya) you'll cultivate:
