I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. As we work together, you’ll cultivate a deeper sense of intuition and understanding of the nutrition and lifestyle choices that work best for you in order to implement lasting results that will improve your energy and overall health. We will co-create completely personalized actions and sustainable changes, based on your intentions, to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

The Equinox Detox, inspired by Ayurveda, the world’s oldest surviving system of healing, reminds us that our health is the balanced and dynamic integration between our environment and our own bio-individuality (mind, body and spirit). This 7 day detox was created to support you from start to finish and leave you feeling more empowered as you gain control over your health.
